Prior to forming Marc Worman Real Estate, LLC, Marc crafted his real estate marketing and sales skills working for Coldwell Banker. While working for Coldwell Banker he assisted the #1 Ranked Real Estate Team Worldwide in various real estate transactions in South Florida. Marc was particularly honored to assist in the sale of the multi-million dollar oceanfront and oceanside residences of Altos Del Mar.
In addition, Marc played a primary role in creating the concept called Social Media Hotspot, which is a technique that utilizes collaborative efforts in order to harness his colleagues’ social media networks (including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn). The concept allowed Marc the opportunity to market his clients’ properties to over 10,000 people in under an hour.
As a law school and business school graduate, Marc has leveraged his knowledge of contract/real estate law coupled with his extensive knowledge of the South Florida real estate market to provide his clients with a rewarding real estate experience.
